LEGAL CLINICS

CDEL provides one-on-one legal services in single session clinics.   

Power of Attorney Clinic

Volunteer attorneys meet with individuals to prepare Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.  CONTACT CDEL today about scheduling a clinic in your community. 

Bankruptcy Partnership Initiative

CDEL invites eligible individuals to receive free financial advice from volunteer attorneys regarding alternatives to bankruptcy.
