ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for pro bono legal services from CDEL individuals must:
- AGE & DISABILITY
- Be at least 60 years of age; OR
- Live with a permanent disability
- RESIDENCY
- Reside in Cook County
- INCOME
- Report household income less than or equal to 150% of federal poverty guidelines
