ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for pro bono legal services from CDEL individuals must:

AGE & DISABILITY
  • Be at least 60 years of age; OR
  • Live with a permanent disability
RESIDENCY
  • Reside in Cook County
INCOME
  • Report household income less than or equal to 150% of federal poverty guidelines
